Information for new patients

Your first visit with Dr. Roscoe will be a 45 minute consultation. Before your visit, you will need to fill out a new patient form which will take approximately 30 mintues.

You can print the forms from this website and either bring them with you, fax them to us at 250.753.7771 or scan and email them to us.

Be sure to bring all supplements and medications you are presently taking to your first appointment.

Fee schedule

- First visit: $95 plus tax
- Regular visits $55 plus tax
- Counseling $95/hour

We are pleased to offer seniors over 65 a 10% discount on both services and products.
